Do you want to work in an international company, taking the finance lead for a smaller organization?
In this position, you will have the responsibility for all finance activity, including statutory reporting, analysis, budget and forecast. In your role, there will also be a small portion of office management, such as managing contracts and contacts with different authorities.You will be the supervisor of one accountant.
As Financial Manager you will be responsible for the local reporting for Sweden, but you will be part of an international organization, and reporting mainly to EMEA. You will be part of a small but focused team, in a friendly and flexible working environment and report to the Financial Controller Nordics. The office in Stockholm consists of 5 people, and is located in Bandhagen, Älvsjö.

Arbetsuppgifter
In your role as Financial Manager you will have the responsibility for financial control and reporting, and you will support the business with analyzes, budget and forecasts.
Major responsibilities include:
- Analyzes: sales performance, cost analysis, project reporting
- Budget: development, analyzis and preparation of budget
- Reporting: variance reports, sales forecasts etc.
- Statutory reporting: all financial reporting incl. tax declaration, annual report
- Inventory: control and review of annual physical inventory count and reconciliation
- Office management: managing contracts (office lease, leasing cars), contacts with authorities
- Systems: responsibility for system related matters (local/corporate)
- Support: business support in accounting related matters
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a person with 4-6 years experience in finance, preferably in a global organization. You need to be business-oriented, and to be able to analyze information that will have an impact on the organization.
We want you to have a Bachelor´s degree in accounting, and preferably supervisory experience. You are a skilled Excel user, and have excellent knowledge of at least one accounting program - SAP experience is an advantage. Moreover, you are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
You will work closely with customers, both internal and external, so we believe you are a team player with good communication skills. As a person you are a structured, goal oriented and have good analytical thinking. You are a problem solver, and enjoy contributing to the development of the company.
