Financial Manager to Nordic Truck Center in Arlöv

About the job:
As Financial Manager you will be responsible for accounting, controlling, reporting, credit management, finance, administration and law. You are responsible for the development and management of the support functions that enable the company to develop with certainty and full transparency. In this role you have personnel responsibility for two administrative employees, and are a member of the management team.

In this roll you report to the CFO of Nordic Truck Center (Boardmember of the NTC Group). Since NTC is part of a Dutch Group, the financial manager also reports a reporting package to the corporate controller in the Netherlands, for consolidation purposes. This reporting has a strict deadline and follows the Group reporting standards.

Nordic Truck Center is the general agent of DAF Trucks and IVECO Trucks in Sweden and is responsible for sales and service operations throughout the country. Nordic Truckcenter has 25 service partners around Sweden. The headoffice is in Malmö (Arlov) and there are offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Markaryd. In Malmo (Arlov), at the head office, NTC has it’s own workshop. NTC is a flat entrepreneur-driven and profit-oriented organization with a high tempo. More about the job, responsibility:
• Lead the day-to-day administration and financial work
• Report sales presentations to the sales force
• Drive business and administrative processes towards the Group
• Ensure financial reporting, cash flow, credit and risk management
• Responsibility for IT security and system development
• Responsibility for HR administration and procurement
• Contact with authorities, banks, accountants and lawyers
• Responsible for year end reporting and compliance


Your profile, experience:
• University or college education in finance / controlling / accounting
• At least four to five years experience of similar work
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Used to work in ERP systems
• Experience with consolidation reporting tools (Hyperion) is an advantage
