Financial Operations (FINOPS) Manager has the responsibility of ensuring that all customer invoices are raised accurately, on time and matches the rates and contracts agreed to with customers.
• Own the FINOPS execution structure in the Area in partnership with the GSC FINOPS leads.
• Ensures that team members adhere to the timelines as per global business process measures.
• Guide the FINOPS team in the area to drive performance metrics.
• Setting clear roles and responsibilities for end to end FINOPS execution across Area and GSC; ensuring clear targets and regular performance engagements.
• Identifying gaps in FINOPS and establishing/guiding process or performance projects with rigorous follow up and status reporting to Area Customer Experience leadership.
• Defining and delivering (with SME) functional training for FINOPS teams in Area and GSC .
• Engaging actively with Sales to ensure compliance to upstream processes, including timely updating and proper filing of rate cards and contract filing in Cashbox.
• Experience of 2 years in FINOPS process hands on in LnS.
• Experience of leading teams will be preferred.
• Broad Maersk FINOPS functional and process acumen
• 2 years experience using SAP or other similar tool.
• Strong analytical capabilities; translatable to root cause/problem solving
• Business performance management
• Prioritization capabilities.
• Senior stakeholder management
