Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Our new talent in the Financial Planning & Analysis team will be given the opportunity to join a high performing team, who are the analytical engine of the company and responsible for providing Group management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

In this role you will get the chance to work internationally and travel across Europe on a frequent basis, we promise you to at least visit our HQ in Geneva six times a year. The position requires collaborations all over Europe & Latin America as you will work closely with local finance teams to ensure high quality in reporting by developing and implementing KPIs, tools and methods.

Reoccurring responsibilities will be monthly reporting where you will do an analysis of different reported data and prepare presentation for our Group management. The work includes cooperating with all Group functions and countries where you analyze and challenge the data and present findings.

You will follow up on different programs, initiatives and company performance and prepare material for distribution and presentation. On top of that you will play an important role in strategically planning our long-range plan. As our FP&A Analyst you will have a holistic view over the company performance across the Group.
