[ MultiMind Bemanning is searching for an Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to one of our clients. Our client is an American company that is world-leading in the movie and entertainment business. They work with development, production and marketing with in entertainment, news and global communication. The company has their Nordic head office located in Stockholm and they need a key person to their Finance department. The employment is a maternity leave replacement for a year starting in the beginning of May.[ [ As an FP&A Manager your key responsibilities will be among other to own all of the FP&A processes[ and Provide the Leadership team and Head office with Monthly / Quarterly Variance & Performance analysis and explanations on the P&L impact You have 5-7 years of working experience in Finance roles. It is to your advantage if you have worked with SAP or some similar business system. It is important that you possess excellent computer skills with emphasis in Excel and Powerpoint. You are self driven, highly motivated and a self starter. You have experience of working with senior management and across functions (IT, Marketing, Operations). You have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects at the same time. You are fluently spoken and written in English and it is an advantage if you speak any Nordic language but not a demand.
