Financial Products and Services Manager
This role is part of the Vehicle, Offer & Financial services department. The primary responsibility of the department is to make sure our products and services are optimized to meet sales, positioning, and profitability targets across our markets in Europe. You will work in a tight team and will play a key role to grow our business within retail finance and leasing though collaboration with partners, and work cross-functionally to support the organisation with regards to our financial services and products.

This role can be based in Amsterdam or Gothenburg.

This role is an excellent opportunity to work with innovative finance products and services in a direct-to-consumer business, within a company that is reshaping mobility forever.

What you'll do

- Establish, implement and manage partnerships with retails finance and leasing providers in European markets to secure the best and most profitable customer offers
- Drive tender processes on European and/or local level
- Secure that full end to end retail finance and leasing processes are available to our customers, and fully operational
- Establish and manage an efficient governance model
- Drive commercial initiatives to increase business performance
- Be the go-to person for financial services related questions


What you should have

To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a collaborative mindset, with a good ability to handle many stakeholders. Furthermore, you should have:

- Experience within automotive finance from captive finance, bank or leasing company
- Strong business understanding
- Experience from working in an international environment

- Excellent project management skills
