The Financial Reporting team that you will be part of performs financial and regulatory reporting for Ikano Bank and its business units in the Nordics, UK and Germany. We also produce the annual and interim reports for the bank. The Financial Reporting Team prepares around 100 unique reports to internal and external stakeholders such as Finansinspektionen, SCB, Riksgälden and their equivalents in the other countries. The team is responsible for production of the annual and interim reports. We work in close cooperation with other Finance functions such as Finance Compliance, Accounting, Treasury and Business Control. The team is also a stakeholder in the development of technical solutions and provides support in regulatory matters.



Areas of your responsibility will include:

- Production of the Bank´s public disclosures, i.e. annual and interim reports
- Speaking partner to accounting specialists and auditors regarding IFRS and public disclosures
- Internal reporting to the group
- Production of the Bank´s periodic financial and statistical reporting
- Speaking partner to system developers on regulatory matters and data requirements
- Participate in projects related to reporting and finance
- Carry out different finance related ad-hoc inquiries
- Other tasks related to the team´s work e.g. development of processes and routines




Who are we looking for?

We believe that you have a university degree in Finance/Business Administration or similar. You can have a background from accounting, audit or compliance and we want you to have a minimum of five years’ work experience, preferably in the financial sector. Knowledge of IFRS and experience from working with annual reports is desired. If you have experience from regulatory reporting or EBA regulations that is a plus.

As this role will support our teams globally, we expect you to be fluent in English, written and verbal. Lastly, you have good knowledge/ability to assimilate data from analysis-tools (e.g. Navision, QlikView, Excel, Cognos) and the drive to improve our usage of business applications.

As a person you are analytical, a quick learner and well structured. You enjoy working in a team and communicating with different stakeholders. You are engaged and self-driven and enjoy working towards continuous improvement in a fast-changing environment subject to regulations from financial authorities. You have the ability to work with tight reporting deadlines without losing track of long-term goals and development.
