We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Controller in the field of Financial Services. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. 
As a major part of our Financial Services organization is located in Stockholm, the preferred location for this position is in Stockholm.
What you’ll do
* Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
* Guide the business controller community on performance steering for financial services business.
* Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights to management.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Together with our risk department,monitor and assess financial risks, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
* Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
* Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.

What you will bring
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.
* Min 5 years of experience in similar role .Proven experience as a Business Controller or similar role in the financial services industry.
* Proven experience of developing and implementing financial steering models from a business and digital perspective.
* Strong understanding of financing and insurance products.
* Good understanding of funding, portfolio management, associated risks.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
