ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
At Ingka, we have the bold ambition to democratise Financial Services for a more affordable and convenient life at home and work of the many. We are moving from supporting our customers with a one time transaction, to become their lifelong partners for their finances for home.
As part of the New Retail Business unit, we are creating a new Financial Services organization, led by the New Retail Business Manager for Financial Services to deliver upon this ambition.
You will be a member of the Financial Services Operations team and you will work very closely with Digital, Market Support, Treasury and Procurement as well as with the IKEA Retail countries. Together as a team we work in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross border collaboration is perceived as a benefit and where frequent ad hoc activities are expected. We operate in an open and innovative environment where we help each other to develop and create value that has impact on a sustainable future and Inkga’s future success. We work together with the mind set of getting things done and utilising our organisational values to guide us and execute accordingly.
