We are looking for a top-notch Financial Service Manager (Officer) with strong negotiating skills to maintain excellent relationships with bankers, leasing companies and other financial institutions to assist dealers or clients in finding equipment financial solutions in Sweden. In this role you will also be assigned to maintain relationship with partners including but not limited to invite our partners to pay a visit to company so as to strengthen our relationships.

Essential Job Functions
Develop dealer floor plan or inventory finance, retail financing, financial leasing strategy and solutions, in compliant with relevant national/ local regulations, while ensuring the competitiveness.
Ensure the partners’ solutions are fully integrated with heavy equipment dealers and clients requirements.
Maintain and manage the professional contractual relationships with group related BU/ external partners i.e. banks, leasing, companies; and to continuous develop innovative solution to support Equipment sales.
Involvement and contribute to relevant cross-departmental projects/tasks, i.e. promotion package design.
Manufacture Financial benchmarking, researching and study
Financial service offer design and preparation accordingly.
FS performance tracking monitoring, offer related applications doc and training etc. Helping clients complete and understand all the necessary paperwork.
Monitor region or countries payment status to control BU AR statements.
Acquiring new clients and assessing their needs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degrees in finance or a relevant discipline.
Fluent English and Swedish is required.
Rich experience with local bankers or leasing companies or other financial institutions for more than 3 years.
Can accept frequently business trip in Nordic Countries .
Other requirements
Expertise in finance and risk assessment in relative industry.
Outstanding social and communication skills.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Keen understanding of equipment financial underwriting procedures.
Familiarity with banking and financial legislation and regulations.
Be up to date on economic, product, and market trends.
Good professional quality, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to work under pressure
