We’re now looking for a Financial System Supporter to actively work with development and support of Tagetik IFRS 16 – the system where we manage all our leasing and license agreements from an IFRS 16 perspective. About the job
This new role is part of our competent Accounting and Reporting team within SMS, with a scope that includes supporting all Sandvik Group users with your knowledge and expertise in Tagetik IFRS 16. You contribute in system management and development activities, and you guide users in our operations. It’s a truly networking role with a broad stakeholder base as you’re working together with all our different business areas – providing training and hands-on support, solving issues, building relevant reports and sharing best practices. In addition, you also work with our BPC system; handling user requests, managing journals and forming reports to fit our financial cycles and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

While we offer flexible working conditions, this position is based in one of our offices in either Sandviken or Stockholm.

About you
We’re looking for a business-minded and motivated doer with a supportive mindset and a natural talent for navigating in financial environments. You have previous knowledge of accounting and IFRS, and a few years of experience from working in this field. You hold an academic degree within Finance or Accounting, and you’re a skilled user of Office 365 - especially Excel. Experience from BPC software is a big advantage, and you’re eager to understand how digital solutions can optimize performance and evolve the finance arena. Acting in a global business with our headquarters in Sweden, you need to communicate and present information fluently in English, while skills in Swedish is a plus.
