About the role

As a part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering Quinyx’s financial systems. Specifically focusing on Netsuite system management, making sure new updates are working in the best possible way and ensuring that the finance team uses the system in the right way.

Also, you will be driving new implementation & improvement projects, analysing what other systems and processes are necessary to improve. You will be leading communication with vendors and creating a long-term sustainable system strategy for the finance team.

Besides, you will be collaborating with the internal IT team in terms of security and access right questions.

What you’ll be doing

- Actively monitoring and maintaining the financial systems.
- Software maintenance and long-term security of that software (software updates and security patch installation).
- Train employees on new or updated software.
- Leading procurement processes and working alongside onboarding consultants in implementing potential new systems.
- Administer access rights to Financial data in BI-tool / reporting system.
- Troubleshooting and first-hand support to internal users of Financial systems.
- Deliver processes that minimise manual effort and ensure compliance and controls are in place.
- Setting financial system long term strategy and plan.


What you’ll bring to the team

- Experience from working in core financial systems and financial processes.
- Proven experience in leading implementation processes.
- Experience in maintaining and improving core financial systems.
- Structured and process-oriented.
