What you will do

Tuve Plant is seeking a Business Controller who embodies drive, courage, positivism, curiosity and an understand of the correlation between operational effectiveness and financial outcomes.
At Tuve Business Control, we're not just about data; we're about developing storylines that steer strategic decision-making. As a Business Controller, you'll be at the heart of our operations, partnering with management teams to drive performance improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Financial Analysis: Dive deep into monthly actuals, providing insightful analysis to drive decision-making.
•    Closing Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
•    Forecasting: Proactively support direction setting and strategic actions through a robust forecasting process.
•    Collaborative Leadership: Actively participate in management teams, translating financial impacts into actionable insights and challenge/support the organization.
•    BI Implementation: Drive the implementation of BI solutions for enhanced financial analysis and reporting. 
•    Ad Hoc Analysis: Tackle complex problems with curiosity and agility, delivering timely insights to support strategic initiatives.

•    Technical Proficiency: Excel in IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI/QlikSense, and other BI tools.

•    Structured Approach: Plan and prioritize effectively to meet organizational objectives.
•    Curiosity and Adaptability: Tackle challenges with optimism, curiosity, and adaptability.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or similar
•    Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business or finance controlling, with a preference for production controlling experience.
•    Familiarity with AB Volvo financial reporting processes and systems is advantageous.
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
