About the job
In this key position you will play an important role in putting together a new and prosperous financial “business" throughout the company’s financial value-chain!

As a specialist in financing you will have an active role in managing and contributing to the development, launch and ongoing administration of payment solutions for our partners. You will be in regular contact with financing partners, international partners and their customers with the goal of creating possibilities for expanding sales by offering appropriate financial solutions.

In this position you will also work day-to-day with payment solutions, ongoing financial administration, and also with support, training and commercial activity, both on an internal and external basis. As part of your duties you will also work within various project streams depending on whether a payment solution is to be launched in a new country, or a payment solution in an existing country is to be fine-tuned.

You will:
• Play an active role in planning, launching and managing the company’s payment solutions in close coordination with the project group and the company’s stakeholders within the fields of economy, IT, sales, product management, marketing and law
• Assist the company’s partners in developing and expanding their sales by facilitating and supporting the sales process with financial expertise and process expertise and by delivering financial solutions of a high standard
• Manage the financing process with respect to new and existing financing contracts, related analyses and general solutions
• Prepare, develop and maintain a well-functioning financing process, with a primary focus on delivering scalability and customer satisfaction
• Work in partnership with the company’s partners and their customers – as well as with the partners’ financial markets
• Support the primary work processes within the financial department as well as supporting “cash management” as and where necessary
• Launch the company’s financial solution in various countries


Your employment profile
Given that you will play a central role in putting together the company’s financial solutions, it is essential that you are able to work in an administrative capacity within the sphere of financing, and are prepared to work in a service capacity with respect to the company’s partners. This will enable you to assist the company’s partners in generating additional value for the company’s customers by making it possible to offer financial solutions and thereby expand sales. For this reason it is essential that you also have a deep interest in “business”.

The work of preparing and subsequently launching these financial solutions requires that you have excellent social skills as well as the ability to cultivate a close working partnership with the project group along with other stakeholders. It will weigh in your favour if you have previous experience of working with projects, ideally within the framework of parallel project streams, i.e. working with new projects alongside the fine-tuning of existing projects.

You must have 2-3 years’ experience of working within the sphere of financing or leasing solutions, preferably at a company oriented towards the B2B sector.
In terms of education you hold at least a bachelor’s degree in the field of finance or business economics, or alternatively an accounting degree with a focus on auditing, and have a good head for figures and for business. Besides Swedish you will have a fluent command of both written and spoken English, and it will be an advantage if you are also fluent in additional languages such as German or French.
