Finnish Collection Agent to a successful company

MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind is now looking for a finnish speaking collection agent to a very exciting client. Our client's services consists mainly around flexible online payment solutions and they are now looking for new employees to join their driven and open-minded team in Stockholm. 

As a collection agent you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Your mission is to find a solution together with the customer. You will work in a team of ambitious and solution oriented people. 

To succeed in this role you are efficient, social and ambitious. You always go the extra mile and you like new challenges. You are preferably fluent in both written and spoken Finnish but language skills in Swedish and English is also neccessary. It’s a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call centers.
