On behalf of our client, we’re looking for Finnish Customer Representatives, to join the growing team of one of Europe's largest betting companies, in Athens! The company is an established Game Tech company, committed to delivering the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base.

Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Processing orders, forms, applications & requests
Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements:
Native, or near native oral and written Finnish skills
B2 level in English language
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
