Job Description
· Our client represents a German automotive manufacturer that designs, engineers, produces and distributes luxury vehicles.
· The German automotive manufacture is a member of one of the largest automotive groups in Europe and has its roots in Germany. The latter is dedicated to helping secure the devices, identities, online privacy, and home and family needs of nearly 50 million consumers, providing them with a trusted ally in a complex digital world.
· Training will be given.
Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities
· Understand what a sim card is, an SD card, a server and what is their purpose
· Understand mobile networks and an internet connection, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
· Ability to use smartphones and internet applications
· Usage of MS Office
· Account Registration
· Multimedia Interface usage guidance, and troubleshooting
· Vehicle does not connect to the back end
· Remote Services Issues via the App (lock/unlock – climatization – charging schedule etc.)
· PIN issue – Reset PIN – locked account – Main and Secondary Users
· Infotainment Services – Navigation – Preferred Destinations – Traffic Information
· Training will be given.

· Provides an outstanding customer service and technical support to our client’s automotive customers regarding digital services with high customer satisfaction through various channels of communication
· Good Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
