Klarna´s Debt Collection Department?s primarily goal is to find customer targeted solution for the collection of receivables. In Stockholm, we are three agents handling debt collection errands for the Finnish market. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to complement our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.
Your mission is to drive our collection by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail, outbound calls and other communication channels. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts. Furthermore you are having contact with authorities and e-stores. You will also be working with administrative tasks. Working at Segoria, you'll develop your negotiation and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently with the freedom to make your own decisions.
What we're looking for are someone who's serviceminded, a problem-solver with great social skills that has a focused and structured approach to his/her work and enjoys making decisions and has knowledge in the Finnish market.
We'll be extra interested if you are experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, have a technical and analytical mindset with a interest in judicial problems and customer rights and are eager to question and develop internal processes.
You have a strong desire to progress and learn new things, and are fluent in English and Finnish.
