Klarna's Debt Collection Department's primarily goal is to find customer targeted solution for the collection of receivables. In Stockholm, we are three driven agents handling debt collection errands for the Finnish market. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to complement our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm. We are both looking for full and part time employees.
Your mission is to drive our collection by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail, outbound calls and other communication channels. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts. Furthermore you are having contact with authorities and e-stores. You will also be working with administrative tasks. Working at our department, you'll develop your negotiation and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently with the freedom to make your own decisions.
To succeed in this role you are a problem-solver with great social skills. You have a focused and structured approach to your works, and enjoy making your own decisions. We expect you to be reliable, dedicated, and easy to work with. You have a strong desire to progress and learn new things. We expect you to be fluent in English and Finnish.
