Nordic Viewpoint is an independent market research company based in Mölndal, that conducts qualitative and quantitative consumer and B2B research across the Nordics.
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Finnish speaking Qualitative Moderator to join our team.
Role description:
As a qualitative moderator, you are responsible for moderating focus groups and conducting interviews either online, by phone (from home or from our office) or face to face in Finland. You will also lead online community research projects where you immerse yourself in participants' experiences and everyday lives.
Your area of responsibility can cover part or all the process, from briefing with customer to delivery of report or transcript/translations. Together with our project managers, you ensure that the result is of the highest quality.
Who are you?
You have a background in communication, journalism, behavioral sciences, NLP, psychology or similar, or are a student in one of these areas. Or you have a strong interest and aptitude for working with market research.
You are a sociable, open person who is confident to work independently, but know the importance of working with a team of colleagues and external team members. It is important that you are service-oriented and customer-oriented and that you find it easy to talk to different people.
This role requires that you are fluent in Finnish and English (spoken/written), have good computer skills and that you are comfortable with MS Office and online meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams.
Previous experience from leading groups and interviews as well as analytical report writing is a merit.
For several projects, interviews take place in the evenings / weekends and therefore it is important that you can work flexibly. Travel may be required for projects to be conducted in Finland. As a moderator on assignment in Finland, you represent Nordic Viewpoint and ensure quality and service on site.
The position is in first place aimed as a project-based employment but with a potential permanent position in the very near future. The position can be held remotely or at the office in Mölndal.
