Finnish Recruiter to Webhelp in Spain

As a part of our recruitment team, you will represent one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Europe. Here you will experience a fast-paced environment, where you will be the candidate's first impression of Webhelp. Therefore it is important that you are able to represent a wide range of stakeholders.

In the role as Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating talents for both current and new projects. <

This includes screening of candidates, background checks, executing the selection process according to established project procedures, ongoing employee contact, and feedback.
Besides this, you will work closely together with the administration to inform about new hires.

As a person, you should be independent, people-oriented and outgoing, to function in a role within a continuously growing and fast-paced company. You are goal-oriented, a natural in handling deadlines, have a keen eye for detail, but with helicopter-view so that nothing is overseen. Integrity is a part of your persona since you will be handling personal data. You should have at least 2 years of experience within recruitment, and it will be an advantage if you are used to working with an Applicant Tracking System.

About you:

- You have excellent English skills.
- You are fluent in Finnish.
- You have minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience or similar.
- You are a goal-oriented flexible person.
- You enjoy working in a fast changing environment.
- You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) if you have worked with Team Tailor its a merit.
- You have excellent communication skills.
