The Customer Service (CS) department´s primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna´s customers, both our end-consumers and the e-stores using our payment services. In Stockholm, we are about 100 agents handling customer errands for seven different countries divided in four different teams.
Customer Service, Support Center is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer´s satisfaction. Our mission is to give our customers excellent service by answering their questions and providing solutions over the phone and e-mail. You´ll also be involved in different projects regarding routines and processes.

You are a driven and out-going person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. You are fluent in Finnish; both verbally and in written communication and you are fluent in English.
