We are now looking for new part time colleagues, as we call "temps", to Collections. Collections is an outbound business where you will mostly call out to customers who for some reason are lagging with their payments. In some cases there are simple solutions, in other cases you will need to set up a long-term plan together with the customer. You will also, to some extent, receive incoming phone calls from customers who contact us themselves. Connected to the calls there is some administration but the role itself is telephone-based, and therefore we are looking for you who enjoy talking to customers and who sees every call as an opportunity to help!

You will also have the chance to learn about credit and risk management, which is valuable knowledge that can benefit your career in the future.

The work as a whole consists of providing professional service based on each unique situation by:
- Doing certain administration linked to the calls
- Collaborating with other internal functions
- Handling customer matters by phone regarding overdue invoices
To thrive and perform well in the role, we believe that you need to be:

- Flexible
We are looking for you who:
- Live in Sweden, near Stockholm
- Have worked with service/people in some way, preferably over the phone
- Speaks and writes fluently in Finnish and English
- Can work part-time for at least 1-3 years
- Can work a lot of hours in the first two weeks of each month when we are busiest

Good to know:
This role requires an introduction/training of approximately two weeks on site at the office. During these two weeks, we need you to be at the office as much as possible so you can get the right conditions to perform in your role. After the introduction, when you have worked in the office for 1-2 months and are independent in your work, there is a possibility to work completely remotely.
