We are now looking for new part time colleagues, as we call "temps", to Collections. Collections is an outbound business where you will mostly call out to customers who for some reason are lagging with their payments. In some cases there are simple solutions, in other cases you will need to set up a long-term plan together with the customer. You will also, to some extent, receive incoming phone calls from customers who contact us themselves. Connected to the calls there is some administration but the role itself is telephone-based, and therefore we are looking for you who enjoy talking to customers and who sees every call as an opportunity to help!

The work as a whole consists of providing professional service based on each unique situation by:
Doing certain administration linked to the calls
Collaborating with other internal functions
Handling customer matters by phone regarding overdue invoices
Important for you to know:This position starts with a full-time introduction for two weeks in the office. In order for you to have good conditions to start working, attendance as high as possible is required during these two weeks. After the two weeks,while you are still in training, the shifts will be scheduled during daytime in the office. When you can work independently, it is also fine to work evenings, weekends and remotely.

We are looking for you who:
Live in Sweden, near Stockholm
Have worked with service/people in some way, preferably over the phone
Speaks and writes fluently in Finnish and English
Can work part-time for at least 1-3 years
Can work a lot of hours in the first two weeks of each month when we are busiest
Can work during holidays when the full time staff have vacation

Salary: Hourly
Hours: 07:30-16:00, evening and some weekends
