Finnish Speaking Customer Care Agent, Jönköping

The Luxury Kids Group are hiring for our brand new Service and Sales team in Jönköping! We are now looking for a Finnish speaking team member with excellent language skills both verbal and vocal.  We are hiring full time employees day and evening shifts. The start for this employment is later in April. The employment is located in Jönköping.

The Luxury Kids group are: Babyshop, OiiDesign & AlexandAlexa. Babyshop.com was founded in 2006 and is now one of the leading e-commerce companies within the premium segment for children’s clothing and products in Europe. 

The Luxury Kids Group offers an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. It is a dynamic, rapidly growing company and therefore we are looking for a Multilingual customer care and sales team. 

To continue to give our customers a great experience we are moving our Customer Service to our Warehouse location in Jönköping. One of our strengths is knowledge about our collections and that we have our warehouse for all markets located in Sweden. We want to continue to give our customers the best possible help while shopping with us, continue to develop our employees as well as growing with our customer needs and expectations. 

The position involves supporting customers in our different companies: Babyshop, OiiDesign & AlexandAlexa and we put together a team from scratch in our new premises. As a new step of developing our Customer experience we are developing sales as a service in customer contact areas! 

Who are you
We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate in giving our customers the best possible service and shopping experience!

-You are fluent in Finnish, both in writing and speaking. Most preferably, you are also fluent in either Swedish or English.
-You ideally have experience from customer service and/or sales. We value most your drive and passion but it´s an extra plus if you have experience within Clothin gretail, E-commerce, Children’s products.
-You enjoy both sales and service and understand the benefits of being successful in both areas.  
-You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers. 

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with drive who is determined to deliver results.  You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference. You have a customer first mindset and understand that your role as a CS team member is a key position in the business! Further on, you need to be outgoing and comfortable communicating with customers via phone, chat, e-mail and social media.  We value social skills and team players to be able to succeed in this new task for The Luxury Kids Group!
