About the role The main purpose of the position is to  ensure an appropriate, consistent delivery of customer services to our internal and external customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Respond to internal questions and inquiries to resolve a variety of order-related issues.

•          Ensure day-to-day order follow-up and allocation where required.

•          Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

•          Provide customers with information.

•          Ensures proper compliance of our internal procedures and policies.

•          Log and monitor the treatment and resolution of any out of Service complaint scope issues

Your profile Customer service experience
Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and Englis
Experience on E2E order management process is plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work well in a team setting
Problem solving skills
Able to work independently
