We are currently looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Agent to our customer Henkel Norden AB in Alvik. This is a consultancy opportunity starting ASAP with a huge possibility to later become a recruitment!

Job Description:  As a Customer Care Specialist, you will have a key role in the daily contact with customers and give support to them regarding order- and distributional questions, mainly via e- mail and telephone.

Your main tasks will be:

To make sure that the order processes are moving forward
Update your clients master data
Supervise that the prices and discounts are correct 
Support the sales team with the product availability
Participate in process improvements withing order process and customer cooperation areas


Required Experience & Skills: To excel in this role we see that you are/have: 

Graduated High School and have work experience within relevant area - Customer Service and Logistics/Administration
Good understanding of the MS Office, Excel in particular 
Fluent in Finnish and English , Swedish is a big plus 
Knowledge in SAP is a merit
