ABOUT THE POSITION

Together with your fantastic colleagues, you will work to maintain high-quality and professional customer support, acting as the link between the corporation's different brands, customers, and retailers. You will assist both existing and new customers via chat, phone, and email. Administrative tasks are also included in your customer cases.

As the work in customer service is varied, it's essential that you analyze customer needs and actively work to find a unique solution for each situation. You also have a central role in noting and escalating deviations and guiding customers to other departments when necessary.

You are driven to create new relationships and are a skilled communicator with previous work experience in the service industry. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Has completed upper secondary education
- Speaks and writes fluently in Finnish, Swedish and English
- Has good computer and system skills

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Start: According to agreement
Extent: Full-time, permanent employment with an initial probationary period
Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies
Location: Torslanda, Gothenburg
Working hours: Varied, rolling schedule based on times between Mon-Fri 06-18. Therefore, it's important that you are flexible regarding your working hours.
