Do you want to work with customer service? Are you service minded and puts the customer first? We at Barona are now looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Agent to one of our teams in Solna.

You will work at our new office in Solna and be a part och our team that work towards the Finnish market. You will work with Customer Service towards private customers and companies. The teams work with matters and questions concerning credits, invoice issues, payments and loans.

Your background
We are looking for a happy and positive person med previous experience within service. You might have worked with Customer Service before? You listen to the customers, take responsibility and are thorough in your work. För att trivas i rollen you need to enjour working towards set goals and have experience of working in different computer systems. You also need to be a team player.

Requirments Fluent in Finnish and Swedish, written and oral
Computer and systems experience
Meritorious Previous experience of Customer Service
Phone habit
Can speak and write well in Swedish
Other information
Type of employment: permanent position, with 6 months of probationary employment
Working hours: weekdays 8-17
Location: Solna
Start: November
