We are now looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Agent for our Preffered Customer Service Associate team.
As a PCA-agent you will answer incoming calls and e-mails regarding issues and questions from UPS Preferred customers. These customers expect an extraordinary service and it will be your task to cater to their needs, demands and expectations. You will also work with statistics, package tracking, credits and refunds for our preferred customers.
Required qualifications:
• 1 year experience from working as Customer Service Agent other similar working experience.
• Willingness and capability to provide excellent service
• Structured and flexible
• Positive approach to your work
• ERP experience
• Fluent in Finnish and English, spoken and written. It's meritorious if you also speak Swedish.
