The work as a customer service agent involves taking incoming calls from our customers. The calls concern bookings by package pickups, trace packages, damage claims and complaints, and also redirect the incoming cases to other departments within UPS. Responsibilities also concern answering questions about invoices, export, import, customs and VAT.
To succeed in the role as a customer service agent you should enjoy customer contact and can give clear answers. You should be a positive person who can work at a high speed.
Qualifications for this role:
• Have good telephone and computer skills
• Have experience in call center or other service profession
• Fast thinking and efficient
• Have good knowledge in English and Finnish, both in speech and writing. It's preferable if you have knowledge in another language.
Hours: Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00 with a rolling schedule, and every fourth Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00.
Duration: Permanent position for a 6 month probationary period. Collective agreements with Unionen.
