Finnish speaking Customer Service agent

Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment agency who specialize in the recruitment of Scandinavians to the European job market. We are looking for 2 motivated Customer Service Agents to our client's international call centre in southern Ireland, the job means that you work against their Finnish market. The company book holidays and you need to exited about giving customers the best possible service. The position is placed in Cork. You will deal with any query in a pleasant and professional way, answering questions and solving problems regarding accommodation before and during the client's holiday. It is important that you can work on own initiative and possess a great deal of strive. You should have at least 6 months experience in Customer Service, and you have a good knowledge of English ( you may answer calls from UK customers). Furthermore, you thrive in a position where you can help customers with their problems and do you feel safe in a role where you have to make quick decisions. As a person, you are flexible, accurate, a good listener and used to prioritize your tasks. You are motivated to continuously learn new tasks and willing to constantly work towards ambitious goals in a changing environment. Good communication skills are a great advantage when an important part of the job is being able to negotiate with customers to reach a solution that suits both the customer and company. Main activities: * Solving problems on reservation of accommodation before or during the client's holiday. * Inform customers of any changes via telephone / E-mail / letter. * Making statements on daily and monthly basis. * Administer refunds / compensation. * Answer questions / complaints orally and / or in writing. * Proofreading of marketing material * Manage other problems that may arise Qualifications and skills * Good knowledge of English * Good organizational skills * Problem solver with ability to influence other * Be able to work on own initiative and plan your work * Experience of customer service work The company offers a competitive remuneration package comprising including: - Insurance, Gym, Travel Discount, Pension, Transfer Recruitment for the service starts immediately, so please send your CV as soon as possible.
