You must have an address in Denmark, but the specific location within the country doesn't matter. You can work fully remotely in this role. We are looking for someone who can start on September 1st.
On behalf of our customer, we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor. You need to be fluent in Finnish and be familiar with customer contact. If you have an interest and skills in communication and customer service, we can teach you the rest You can expect a great social environment with an atmosphere of joy, pace, and ambitions. The office is nice and spacious with open workstations. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00-15:00. Our customer offers a basic salary, health insurance, and a great pension scheme.
About the job
In this position, you will provide customer service and support on behalf of a large pharmaceutical company specializing in manufacturing products for individuals with diabetes. You will be answering questions about the function of the products, handlings orders, and taking care of inquiries by phone and by email. Overall, you will be dealing with exciting cases within an industry in constant development!
⦁ Provide support and service for the client's products over the phone and email to users who contact us with questions regarding functionality, orders, complaints, etc.
⦁ Continuously contribute to developing and optimizing our projects and processes to ensure satisfied customers.
⦁ Ensure that we consistently meet our KPIs regarding call duration, service level, and quality.
⦁ Familiarize yourself with diabetes and our client's products and solutions to deliver excellent service and support.
Din profil
We expect you to be a person with a can-do attitude who always gives first-class service. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you:
• You are fluent in both written and spoken Finish as well as English.
• You possess a strong service orientation and are enthusiastic about delivering excellent, professional customer service.
• You have good IT skills and can easily adapt to new systems.
• You are proactive and willing to learn and acquire new knowledge.
• You live in Denmark.
• You are responsible and have the ability to work from home.
