MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

We are currently looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Front Office Agent to our customer Henkel Norden AB. This is a recruitment for an indefinite period with a six-month trial period. Henkel operates worldwide with leading innovations, brands, and technologies in three business areas: Adhesive Technologies, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care.


Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for the professional handling of all customer interaction and coordination of final customer response, the customer’s first point of contact. Your main tasks will be to process customer orders from creation to invoicing various systems, being responsible for document maintenance and facilitating resolution of order blocks and stock issues. You will always work towards improving customer satisfaction in the Supply Chain and increasing the team’s productivity. Other tasks also include:

Involvement in claims management
Recording of customers complaints
Support OTC in cash collection
Control of consignment stocks and 3 rd party deliveries
Working proactively to ensure that all local objectives are archived
Required experience and skills: Fluent in Finnish and English
Preferably good skills in other Nordic language
MS Office – Basic knowledge
Outlook – Good knowledge
SAP – preferably previous experience but not mandatory
Previous experience in Customer Service
Administrative experience is a merit
