Job description
We are looking for a customer service representative to meet our clients' expectations. Providing world-class customer service comes naturally to you. If you possess excellent communication skills and a good attitude towards teamwork, then we will teach you the rest!
In this job, you will:
Provide the best possible support and service to end-users of the market's best diabetes monitoring devices via phone and email regarding product usage, orders, and other inquiries.
Be part of the ongoing development of our services and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that call times, service levels, and quality measuring KPIs are consistently at the levels we have set.
Adhere to the standards, ethical guidelines, and moral codes of the company you serve customers for, which is one of the largest players in the market for medical devices used in diabetes care.

Location, contact, and application
Foundever's office is located in Copenhagen at Sluseholmen 2-4, 2450 Kbh. SV.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM (37h/week)
