We are looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative for an international company in Gothenburg (Mölndal). Start ASAP, 7 months contract to begin with.

About the Role:
You will be part of a team consisting of colleagues in the Nordic region for Professional Hygiene in Gothenburg, Vilnius, Alleröd, Oslo or Espoo. They are in an exciting transformational journey, moving from being local generalists into regional specialists. This creates great opportunities for learning and working together with colleagues in an international environment. It belongs to Region North which includes Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In this role, it is important to understand the customer's needs, build trusting relationships and provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.

Daily tasks done by Customer Service:
Manage, register and follow-up of tickets
Manage, register and follow-up of order flows and complaints
Update and maintenance of customer and material master data
Handling requests from customers and internal colleagues concerning order status, product availability, prices, delivery times, product specifications etc.
Contact with warehouses and freight forwarders regarding questions about transports, distribution, warehouse administration and follow-up


Who You Are:
To be successful in the role, you are a self-driven person who has a positive attitude. You like to work in a team as well as independently with your own responsibilities. You plan your work in a structured and methodical manner to be able to multitask and be flexible in your role. Finally, you enjoy working in a high paced environment where you proactively identify solutions to ensure high efficiency as well as quality in your work.

University degree in logistics, economics, or equivalent experience
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel
Excellent fluency in English, Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written
Other Nordics/Baltics languages are desirable
Experience of working in customer service and with logistics flows is an advantage
Knowledge in SAP C/4 and S/4 HANA and CRM are desirable


This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is limited to 7 months to begin with.
