YOUR POSITION
In the positions as a customer service representative you will work for the most popular streaming service in the Nordic region, Viaplay! You will manage all of Viaplays digital channels, such as incoming calls, email, social media and chat. Your mission will be to provide customers with expert help in these areas. You get a lot of your own responsibility, but never left without support. We have a strong team spirit and high commitment from both colleagues and team leaders.
YOUR PROFILE
We want you to have a genuine interest in working with individuals, have good communication skills and find it easy to adapt to the customers different needs.
In addition, we want you to be:
Fluent in english, both written and spoken
Fluent in finnish, both written and spoken
You are over 18 years old and have a high school graduation
To feel motivated in the position you are service minded, patient and result oriented. The pace is high, but always with a great team spirit - at Transcom we work together.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours, open monday-sunday 10:00-22:00
Employment: 80%. Temporary employment, probation 6 months.
Collective agreement: Unionen
Start date: 2021-12-01
Recruitment process
