Techtronic Industries Nordic (TTI) is a well-consolidated international company, which markets and sells a wide range of power tools, garden machines and accessories under the market leading brands Milwaukee®, AEG® and Ryobi®. Our end customers are typically professional users and quality conscious do-it-yourself people.
We are growing fast in TTI, and we are therefore looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to our Nordic headquarter in Copenhagen as soon as possible. You will become part of a strong customer service team whose primary task is to provide professional consultancy to our customers and sales support to our account managers.

What will you work with?
In cooperation with your colleagues, you are helping us to further develop the department and the services, we provide.
Customer Consultancy:
You handle incoming inquiries by phone and mail and help advise our customers on technical products issues. In addition, you support our customers processing their orders. Your focus is to find the best solution together with our customers and ensure they meet dedicated professionalism when contacting us.
Sales Support and Order Processing:
In your daily work, you are in contact with our account managers and help them to drive our sale. When running product campaigns or similar, you'll be helping our sales staff and your colleagues from sales support with relevant updates in systems and lists. In addition, you handle a number of administrative tasks related to sales and logistics.
You will be working at the TTI headquarters in Copenhagen and focus mainly on our Finnish customers and Finnish sales team. But you are also prepared to help your colleagues in our other Nordic markets if necessary. Furthermore, you now and then take part in sales meetings and other events, hence you may have some (minor) travel activity.
Who are you?
As a person, you are passionate about guiding customers and colleagues and providing support. You thrive in an international environment with strong emphasis on the Nordics, and you like to handle many different tasks. It is important that you are proactive, enterprising and flexible. You love to learn new stuff and are passionate about getting to know and understand our products.
More specifically, you:
Speak and write fluent Finnish and a good English. Knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage, but not a requirement
You know MS Office and are familiar with ERP-systems, preferable SAP
Knowledge of Genesys Cloud will be an advantage
Experience from a position within customer service, support, back office or similar is a plus
Are flexible and positive when working with customers and colleagues, and being service minded is part of your DNA
Thrive in a high-speed environment – keeping the overview and your good mood.
The job is a full-time job and working hours are Monday-Thursday from 07:30 – 15:30 and Friday from 07:30 – 15:00. The phones are open between 07:30 – 15:00.
