Finnish speaking Customer Success Agent - Part-time

The scope of your role

In this role, you will mainly work with Pre-Collection - payment consulting with our customers via telephone, e-mail and chat. You will also work with the statistics that go along with it. This is the role for you who are great at building relationships and who are driven by helping people. This is a part-time position where you will work on weekends and evenings.

About you

To succeed in this role we believe that you are a great team player who thrives in a high-paced environment, have good communication skills and always strive to provide world-class service to the customer. We also believe that you are a flexible person with great curiosity and perseverance.

Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Finnish and you have good skills in the English language.

It is meritorious if you:

- Have a financial degree
- Have previous experience in customer service, sales or credit management
