We are looking for a finnish-speaking Customer Supply Chain Support to join our Client in their Active Cosmetics Division (ACD) at in Copenhagen soon as possible.
As a Customer Supply Chain Support, you will work for the Active Cosmetics Division (ACD). Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate with major Finnish companies and follow the process from the customer placing an order to the final invoice.
Your tasks will include:
· Overall responsibility for communication with your customers
· Proactive management of customer relationships
· Handling customer requirements and credit note processes
· Internal and external communication regarding specific customer issues
· Customer-specific reporting and other tasks
· Building and ensuring communication and collaboration within logistics
· Proposing and implementing measures to improve customer service and efficiency in related tasks
Din profil
You will be well-suited for this position if you enjoy an outgoing role and have experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty industry or if you have an interest in the industry. Experience with SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
· You must be fluent in Finnish and have professional proficiency in English
· Experience working with Excel is required.
· Experience with customer services
As a person, you are helpful, team-oriented, and reliable. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, enjoy new work-related challenges, and are not afraid to ask questions. It is important that you enjoy working in a team and helping your colleagues.
Practical information:
You will work 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00. The phone lines are open between 09:00 and 15:00 for Finnish customers.
You will be employed by StudentConsulting on a temporary contract, but for the right candidate, the period may be extended, or you may be directly employed by our Client. The start date will be soon as possible. It is important that you don't have vacation plans!
