Mölnlycke Health Care, with its corporate headquarters in Göteborg, Sweden, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of single-use surgical and wound care products.Mölnlycke Health Care has about EUR 740 millions turnover with 5500 employees in 7 units across the world.In Waremme, Belgium, 300 employees work in production and sterilization, in the distribution centre and in the European Customer Service Centre.For our Nordic (FI, SE, NO, DK) Customer Service Team, we are now looking to recruit a Finnish speaking Customer Service Supervisor willing to relocate to Waremme, Belgium Ready to take on a challenge?The position as Customer Service Supervisor involves acting as key interface between customers, sales organizations, customer service team members, customer service operations manager, supply chain etc.in order to ensure that the necessary information reaches all relevant areas to secure full customer satisfaction and further the continuous development of the business, all in an international environment. You will: -Guide, coach, train, empower and fully support the Nordic team members in their daily work and continuous development in order to ensure that the team is working in a highly professional, unified and structured way to achieve full customer satisfaction.- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and development striving towards performance excellence.-The supervisor should be willing to assume operational responsibilities whenever needed or appropriate.Profile: You have a University degree and some work experience, preferably from Customer Support or Sales.Leadership skills are required, with experiences from an earlier job position or from extra curricular activities.
