As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to join our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.
As a debt collection agent you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have received debt collection letters. Our mission is to find a solution together with the customer. You will work in a team of ambitious and solution oriented people.
To succeed in this role you are efficient, social and ambitious. You always go the extra mile and you like new challenges. You are fluent Finnish. It´s a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call centers or speak several languages.
