Finnish speaking Debt Collection Agent-part time

As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to join our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.

Your mission is to drive our collection by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail, outbound calls and other communication channels. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts. Furthermore you are having contact with authorities and e-stores. You will also be working with administrative tasks. Working at our department, you´ll develop your negotiation and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

To succeed in this role you are efficient, social and ambitious. You always go the extra mile and you like new challenges. You are fluent in Finnish. It´s a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call centers or speak several languages.

We believe that you are a student and have at least one year of your studies left. You are able to work at least 12 hours per week.
