About the position
Perido is looking for someone who speaks both Finnish and English fluently and wants to work in 2nd line Customer Service for our partner, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions all over Europe. Here you’ll become part of a wonderful team of
customer service representative at the company’s modern and open headquarter in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will work at the administrative 2:nd line Customer Service where you and your colleagues handle more advanced administrative tasks and resolve the more complex errands that can’t be resolved in the 1:st line Customer Service. For example, cases that need more investigation, like incorrect invoices, or if the customer is not satisfied with the first solution that they have been provided. In this role your communitive and social skills will come to good use when you’ll have both internal and external contacts, with both customers and co-workers. The communication will mostly take place by email and chat.


Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with previous experience within support and is passionate about problem solving. You thrive when the tempo is high, and you know how to work efficiently without compromising the quality of service. We see that you are fluent in Finnish as well as in English, which are the two languages you will use in your daily work. Furthermore, we believe you are social, driven and kind and always want to do your very best. Are you the one we are looking for? Requirements
High School education
Experience with support, administration or similar tasks
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Finnish and English

Contract type and hours
Full time, 3 months with chance to extension. Start as soon as possible.
