Job description
Are you a driven support technician looking for a new assignment? Here you get the opportunity to take responsibility and both grow and broaden your knowledge. The role is varied, where you spend half the day handling incoming cases over the phone and half the day with on-site support for the users. You will be supporting in both Finnish, English and Swedish.

Responsibilities
Together with your colleagues, you're a part of a team who support the business in all IT-related matters and handle incoming support cases from the organization. The team supports the organization in matters relating to hardware, software, client management, printers, etc. You act as support within a large IT area and you get help from those you cannot solve by passing on cases. Most of the IT users are in Sweden, but you will also help IT users in other parts of Europe.
The environment is Microsoft-based and frequently asked questions relate to Active Directory, Office365 and Sharepoint.
These are some tasks:
Receive and manage orders for IT equipment
Receive and resolve support calls by phone
Help IT users on site at the office locally in Gothenburg
Deliver & install IT equipment at the office in Gothenburg
Coordinate and distribute incoming cases to the correct receiving team
Find solutions to more complicated problems
Qualifications
In order to succeed in the role, wee see that you have the basics in IT and have previous experience in a similar role.
Relevant educational background is strongly meritorious.
As the support is international, you need to be fluent in both Finnish, English and Swedish.
We would like you to have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Work in a case management program
Support of the Microsoft Operating System and the Office programs, Office 365
Administration in Windows Active Directory
Remote Management of the IT user's PC

Experience
Minimum +6 months experience of IT support.
