Your role as Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager for our Finnish clients, you will work with a strategical mindset and nurture the relationships with existing clients who are some of Nordic’s greatest employers. In this position, you will gain great insight into our clients' needs and have the ability to influence how our clients perceive us. Roughly 30% of this role will focus on building the Finnish market, while the other 70% will be working as a Key Account Manager. You will be our expert in the Finnish market, and truly understand your customers’ business, challenges, opportunities, and strengths. In this role, you will gain insights that will help make our Finnish product even better in meeting our clients’ needs and wants.

In this position, you will also:

• Offer expert guidance and advice to your customers, so that the customers to get the maximum benefit from our products
• Ensure our relationships with our clients stay strong and,
• Help the Nordic team with valuable insights about the Finnish market and how to develop the Finnish product further

Do we have you on the hook yet? Fantastic! Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A few years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or within sales
• Proficient in Finnish and English, both spoken and written, an additional language is meritorious
• Experience in complex technical/SaaS sales are meritorious

Above all, your personal competencies are most important to us. To be successful in this position, you have the ability to influence and make your own decisions with support from managers and/or colleagues. You have a strategical and business mindset. You are a superstar among your internal and external contacts. Finally, we see that you are communicative, possess fantastic social skills, and are great at prioritizing tasks.
