OM TJÄNSTEN
As a KYC agent at American Express, you will be part of a virtual KYC team with colleagues in Brighton and the Nordics. In this role, you will be responsible for the communication to be sent to terminal card customers in the Finnish market. You will play a key part in ensuring that we maintain correct and accurate documents and information from customers.

The position is home-based and means that you can live and work from anywhere in Sweden. American Express arranges a home visit with an ergonomics specialist to check that ergonomics requirements are met in the home office. In addition, American Express provides the necessary office equipment, fire extinguisher / fire blanket and the monthly cost of internet for the home.

This is a consulting assignment of six months with good chances of extension or over-recruitment, provided that all parties are satisfied.

As a KYC agent, you will work towards the Finnish market and the first process in the KYC work, this by, among other things:


* Collect, review and analyze information from customers
* Send out customer messages via email or letter to customers you want to get in touch with
* Talk to customers over the phone and ask additional questions
* Customer contact via email and telephone
* Work closely with other departments

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Fluent in the Finnish language at mother tongue level in both speech and writing
- Has good knowledge of the English language in both speech and writing
