MultiMind is recruiting a Finnish speaking Merchant Support Agent. Our client is a Swedish IT company working with flexible payment solutions for online purchasing. They are present on most of the European markets and are now undergoing an exciting phase of expansion. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for development. 


As a Merchant Support Agent for Finland you will provide our merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. You will work in the Nordic team and will be based in Stockholm. The team is providing e-stores with administrative and technical support. 

We are looking for you who bring positivity and team-spirit to our Merchant Support-team. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by set goals, both individually and in the team, are evident for you. You speak and write Finnish fluently,(a language test will be done during the selection process). You also have very good knowledge of English and excellent computer skills.
