Arbetsbeskrivning
Your purpose will be backing up our employees in event of sick-leave, absence or holiday. This is a part time position, located in Stockholm and is a good fit if you have a relatively flexible schedule and are looking for some extra hours to work.
As a Receptionist, you will have various tasks and will be a key player for Four FM, as well as for our client.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Answer telephone, e-mails and direct calls
- Greet persons entering organization
- Deal with queries from the public, customers and staff
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries & packages
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize coffee, drinks, catering.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area and areas related to the service (kitchenettes, coffee machines etc.
- Assist handyman/Janitor
Qualifications:
Customer service background, fluent in Swedish, English & Finnish.
Working hours: Depending on need, hourly based but within regular office hours
