The offer
As Service Agent, you’ll be part of our First Line support for our corporate customers. We support our customers in questions regarding FirstCard and Business Master Card, and manage limit increases, questions connected to invoices and organisational changes. You’ll help our customers both through phone and e-mail.
Your working hours will be between 7.00-16.00 since we are working according to local Finnish time (EET).
The role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a cross-Nordic team! Together we are serving our customers in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
This is a temporary position for one year.

You have previous experience in working with support and service through phone, and you have great language skills in Finnish, Swedish and English.
